We are constantly seeking new quality exhibitors to join us at our spectacular Wedding Fairs; we would like to invite you to join us for our Autumn season.
We always aim to provide bridal parties with a balanced fair, so you will never find more than 10% of even the most popular service providers at one of our fairs!
What do we at Wedding Fairs Leicestershire offer you:-
- A varied choice of quality venues to exhibit your services covering city centre and rural.
- The normal stand is 10’ by 6’, this includes a 6’x3’ table and 2 chairs, we would be pleased to discuss your specific needs, if you feel you require more or less space.
- The opportunity to place your leaflets in a bridal bag given to each party as they enter [This bag will not contain any 3rd party information]
- A full list of brides who attend the Wedding Fairs – this includes addresses, telephone numbers and email.
- All our Wedding Fairs are advertised extensively, within local press, various websites, banners and posters.
- A light lunch for 2 exhibitors.
- The opportunity to exhibit your services on our web site – there is a charge of £35 pa for this service, we only allow current exhibitors to advertise on our site
Wedding Fairs Leicestershire is pleased to announce that we have 3 fairs booked at present for Spring, with 3 new exciting venues.
Holiday Inn - 22nd January 2012
St. Nicolas Circle, Leicester LE1 5LX35 exhibitor spaces available at this prominent City Centre Hotel. It's location near to Highcross Shopping Centre, at a point where a number of the main routes into the city converge, coupled with our ability to advertise the event on the external walls of the hotel, as well as our usual advertising in the local press, means that this event always attracts a good number of bridal parties. We are working with the hotel events team to help them raise their profile and presence at the wedding fairs. Parking and access for exhibitors is good.
Premier Inn - 19th February 2012
Narborough Road/ Braunstone Drive, Leicester LE3 2FW30-35 exhibitor spaces. This is a modern hotel, currently offering a range of wedding packages. The hotel is situated 2 minutes drive from Fosse Park, M69/M1 junction, therefore will be of interest to brides from Leicester, Hinckley and Coalville areas. The venue offers ample free parking, with good access.
Leicester Tigers Rugby Club - 25th March 2012
Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7TR80-100 exhibitor spaces. The Leicester Tigers Wedding Fair coincides with the opening of their new North Stand Lounge. The Wedding Fair is held in the function suite in the new stand which has a capacity to seat 100. This exciting new development offers state of the art exhibition facilities. This event will be extensively advertised by us and the Leicester Tigers, Including in the match day programmes, on banners and across the website.
The cost of exhibiting our fairs will remain the same this autumn. £135 for a 6ft stand at all our fairs with the exception of the Leicester Tigers which will be £165 for a 6ft. Stand.
We offer a 10% discount if you book 3 or more fairs with us in any one season.
